At Le Taillevent, “Le Temps d’un Terroir: Dîner d’Initiés” awards a place of honour to men and women who tend the vines. Epicureans are invited for this evening “for initiates” to discover a unique gastronomic score orchestrated by Chef Giuliano Sperandio and Head Sommelier Thomas Millet. Together, they compose finely tuned pairings that reveal and exalt the secrets behind these unique labels, creating a harmonious dialogue between wines and dishes. As exemplified by a collaboration with Italian wine producer Roberto Voerzio, in which Piedmontese vintages further enhanced the finesse of France’s high-end cuisine. A refined experience, true to the spirit of Le Taillevent, which aims to offer more than dining: the taste of a well-kept secret.
