Founded in 1987 in Paris in the wake of the restaurant, Les Caves de Taillevent play host to one of the world’s finest collections of wines, with over 2,000 references including superb vintages, rare wines and insider gems. Pursuing the momentum instigated by Jean-Claude Vrinat, the Gardinier brothers extended their international reach, taking them to Beirut in 2013, then Tokyo in 2018. The launch of a second Parisian boutique in 2023, at 130 rue de la Pompe in the 16th arrondissement, further consolidated the foothold of Les Caves de Taillevent, along with the historic address on Faubourg Saint-Honoré. These refined boutiques offer the benefit of the sommeliers’ expertise and the chance to discover the Taillevent Collection, comprised of about 40 brands and a faithful reflection of France’s finest terroirs.
