The group values career paths such as that of Marilyne Merot. Joining Domaine Les Crayères in 2004 as Accounting Assistant, she is now its Human Resources Manager, much appreciating her special relationship with the Management. “I have always seen this assistance and support for employees, in both their professional and personal lives.” Evolution is not about length of service. The path taken by Paul Robineau is equally inspiring. In just five years, he climbed the rungs of the ladder, becoming the group’s Manager for Wines and Spirits. “Since 2020, I have occupied four positions. They trusted me and I made rapid progress.” Support lies at the core of the Gardinier philosophy. Christelle Ardemani, who has worked at Le Comptoir du Caviar since 2002, proves the point. “I was lucky enough to take training as a team leader. Which not only strengthened my position, but more importantly officialised and validated the work I had been doing for years.” Another guiding principle is to reveal potential. As illustrated by the path pursued by Shady Nozarian, promoted to become Assistant Head Sommelier for Drouant after just 18 months. “At my interview, I was honest about my experience,” she says. “Even so, I was given this opportunity and assisted step by step.” Mobility naturally enhances this approach based on trust. Anthony Robert is a perfect example, promoted from Restaurant Manager with Drouant to Director of Les 110 de Taillevent. “It is a real source of pride to work for a group that excels in the world of French luxury,” he says. These different careers reflect a singular philosophy: that of a group which recognises the talents of its team members, supports them while making high demands, and invests long term in their personal fulfilment.
