Since 2021, Lucas Kleinclauss has been at the helm of Brasserie Le Jardin, which he describes as a true living theatre, where each service is a carefully staged performance. His vision of hospitality is clear: “Going to a restaurant is not about entering a place; it is about dining in someone’s home”. This philosophy guides his daily management style, placing team fulfilment at the heart of performance, convinced that the team well-being is the key to a sincere and memorable experience for guests. With innate empathy, a natural sense of rigour and finely judged British humour, he connects effortlessly across cultures.
