Driven by a desire to share their passion, the Gardinier brothers created Les 110 de Taillevent to bring the oenological richness of a gastronomic table to a more accessible setting. Not far from Le Taillevent, at 195 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, the restaurant boasts a distinctive selection of 110 wines, served by the glass. Each dish comes with a choice of four pairings - from the most classic to the most audacious -, further enhanced by a blind tasting of a wine served in a black glass. Each month, new vintages are added to the list, nourished by a privileged dialogue between winemakers and the restaurant’s talented sommeliers.
