Champagne Lombard

Maison Lombard embodies a family history that continues to be written. Founded in 1925, the House celebrated its centenary in 2025 under the leadership of Thomas Lombard, great-grandson of the House's founder. Today, Thomas Lombard, President, and Laurent Vaillant, Cellar Master, focus on Brut nature winemaking in order to allow the terroirs to fully express themselves.

Presentation

New generation, new vision: under the leadership of Thomas Lombard, Maison Lombard is firmly committed to an approach that promotes the authentic expression of terroirs. By producing champagnes from rigorously selected Premier and Grand Cru plots, the House reveals the full complexity and diversity of the Champagne terroirs. This approach, inspired by Burgundy, reflects a modern vision of Champagne wines.

Worth Knowing

Founded in 1925, the House celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2025.
Thomas Lombard represents the fourth generation. Since joining the House in 2017, he has sought to highlight the influence of terroir on wines, particularly through a wide range of single vineyard champagnes. He pursues this philosophy of terroir in the Burgundian style.
Opening up to wine tourism: In 2025, the House opened its cellars for the first time to visitors, by reservation only, to showcase its plot-by-plot approach. This is a continuation of the House's opening up to private individuals, which began in 2023 with the creation of its interactive online store.
